For over 15 years we have been teaching gymnastics programs in schools, and we want to show you how you can do it yourself!

Please Note:- Gymnastics Victoria recommends that the following specific skills should not be included in a school gymnastics program:
  • Bridges or ‘back-bends’
  • Wheelbarrow supports
  • Swinging from the knees (hock swings)
  • Swings without matting
  • Deep knee bending (especially when weight bearing)
  • Inverted vaults (e.g. Handsprings)
  • All aerial somersaults
  • Excessive back arching or wrist supporting
  • Neck rotations
  • Headstands
